Another 10 deaths reported today and sadly a 6 month old baby died in a car accident last week... Sad times...

 

There have been 2,965 new cases of coronavirus reported by PHW bringing the total cases to 395,247. There were 10 coronavirus deaths reported today by PHW so the total number of deaths has risen to 6,015. The infection rate in Wales has decreased slightly to 529.3 per 100,000 people a small drop on the 531.7 reported on Friday. For more information on the Covid figures released on Thursday go to Wales Online...

The area with the highest infection rate is Torfaen with 749.2.9 cases per 100,000 people followed by Cardiff with 728.5 and Vale of Glamorgan with 720.1 cases per 100,000 people. Hywel Dda Health Board shows 299 cases reported today with 142 in Carmarthenshire, 127 in Pembrokeshire and 30 in Ceredigion.
