Today's Thought...

It has been a long stretch since March 2020 but with patience and awareness of the problems that are before us we all will succeed in coming out of this nightmare. Sadly there have been casualties along the way, many families have lost loved ones and memories of the good times that formed part of the family make up will never be forgotten, but with the vaccination program gathering pace the loss of further family members will be hopefully minimal. Given lately that the figures have shown some decline is proof that things are working in the public's favour.

Everyone has some comment on the way that it all has been handled and with a more competent captain at the wheel it might have been different, the crew surrounding that captain has a lot to answer for but what's done is done and we cannot reboot back to February last year. So let us look forward to a new beginning and the light that has been twinkling very dimly will brighten the outlook for us all.

This song says it all...
