2389 new cases of coronavirus have been reported by
PHW bringing the total cases to 288,645. There were 3 coronavirus deaths reported by PHW so
the total number of deaths has risen to 5,691. The
infection rate in Wales is now 407.2 per 100,000 people
down from 415.3 reported on Friday. For more information on the Covid

The area with the highest infection rate in Wales is Swansea with 638.5 cases per 100,000, followed by Neath Port Talbot with 620.3 cases per 100,000. Hywel Dda Health Board is showing 239 new cases reported today, 158 in Carmarthenshire, 53 in Pembrokeshire and 28 in Ceredigion.
