2389 new cases of coronavirus have been reported by PHW bringing
the total cases to 270,243. There was 1 coronavirus deaths reported by PHW so the total number of deaths rises

The area with the highest infection rate in Wales is Swansea with 498.4 cases per 100,000, followed by Denbighshire and Neath Port Talbot with 443 cases per 100,000. Hywel Dda Health Board is showing 261 new cases reported today, 117 in Carmarthenshire, 85 in Pembrokeshire and 59 in Ceredigion.
