England celebrates Freedom Day tomorrow...or is it Freedumb Day...?

The latest update from Public Health Wales (PHW) reported 1,112 more positive cases to bring the total to 230,619. Three deaths were also reported puts the overall total deaths at 5,586.

Wales' infection rate now stands at 161.1 cases per 100,000 people showing a rise on 156.3 on Friday. Eighteen of Wales' 22 local authorities are now reporting more than 100 positive cases per 100,000 people.

The numbers in the NHS Trusts shows Betsi Cadwaladr UHB had the most with 43, followed by Cardiff and Vale UHB with 28, Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB with 26, Aneurin Bevan UHB with 20, Hywel Dda UHB with 8 and Swansea Bay UHB with 3.

Covid-19 vaccine update: 2,281,644 people in Wales have now had their first dose of the vaccine. 1,918,345 people are now fully vaccinated.
