A further 17 people have died after contracting coronavirus in Wales. It means 3,662 people have now died with Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic, according to the latest figures from Public Health Wales (PHW). Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board reported the highest number of deaths with 7. 5 were reported by the Hywel Dda Health Board area, which includes Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, whilst 4 were in the Aneurin Bevan area and 1 was in Cardiff and Vale.
It is imperative to follow the correct guidelines but disappointingly there are too many deniers and those that think it will not happen to them, displayed by those walking around Llanelli Town Centre and St Elli Centre this morning with no masks, masks below their noses, not sanitising their hands when entering shops and failing to observe social distancing...
I can remember this phrase being used "The lady's not for turning" it was 1980, 41 years ago and we in 2021 have a prime minister that does not listen to scientific advice, but listens to his own brain spouting nonsense on a daily basis... Well a big U turn happened yesterday and there are millions of people around in England and in the devolved nations starting 2021 with concerns that that tunnel is getting longer and longer, and God said “Let there be light,” and there was light, and God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.… We can only hope that the vaccine in these times will be God and will have the same effect...
