Public Health Wales says it should be noted that not all of these deaths occurred during the same 24 hour period, but it does show the severity of the situation and acts as a reminder to everyone how important it is to stick to the rules to prevent transmission of the virus.

One bright note today, with the closure of schools in Wales for the next 2 weeks the announcement by the BBC that beginning next Monday 11 January, on CBBC there will be a three-hour session of primary school programs  from 9am, including BBC Live Lessons and BBC Bitesize Daily, as well as other educational programs such as Our School and Celebrity Supply Teacher and much loved titles such as Horrible Histories, Art Ninja and Operation Ouch. BBC Two will cater for secondary school pupils with programming to support the GCSE curriculum, with at least two hours of content each weekday.

Remember... Death from Covid-19 has been a sad end for thousands and their families so far and sadly more to come...

                                                     Wise Up... Mask Up...
