Short lived relief...The rise in deaths means more grief for families...

Some good news in Llanelli this morning, a vaccination centre has been opened in the Ffwrnes Theatre, one more step in getting the vaccine distributed. As with all vaccination centres there was a queue but waiting your turn is a little price to pay for the additional protection provided against this terrible virus...

Another 56 people have died in Wales with coronavirus; reports Public Health Wales today. The total number of deaths with Covid reported since the start of the pandemic in Wales to 4,666. There were also 705 new Covid infections reported, taking the total number of cases to 190,394.

2,384,370 Covid tests have now been carried out in Wales, with 1,495,975 people tested and a total of 12,007 tests were carried out on Wednesday.

Figures showed 336,071 people have now received their first coronavirus vaccine dose and 674 have received both doses.

Thought for the day...

Important that you remember to...
